The core shaft (2) includes a distal portion (2a), a proximal portion (2b), and a center portion (2c) that is sandwiched between the distal portion (2a) and the proximal portion (2b). The hollow coil body (3, 3a) covers the distal portion (2a) when the distal portion (2a) is housed in the hollow coil body (3, 3a). The hollow resin body (4, 20, 30) covers the center portion (2c) when the center portion (2c) is housed in the hollow resin body (4, 20, 30). The center portion (2c) has a tapered shape such that the diameter of the center portion (2c) decreases from a proximal end portion side of the center portion (2c) toward a distal end portion side of the center portion (2c), and a rigidity of the hollow resin body (4, 20, 30) is higher than a rigidity of the hollow coil body (3, 3a).
