PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sterilization apparatus capable of implementing control such that an amount of injection water stored in a sterilization tank becomes appropriate.SOLUTION: A heat sterilization apparatus includes a sterilization tank 1 for accommodating a target object to be sterilized 2, an injection water circulation path 11 that has an injection water circulation pump 4 in the middle and circulates injection water taken out of the sterilization tank into the sterilization tank, a water level detector 14 for detecting a water level in the sterilization tank, and a water-supply pipe 17 for supplying water into the sterilization tank. The heat sterilization apparatus sterilizes the target object by heating the target object by injecting water for injection to the target object accommodated in the sterilization tank. With the water level detector 14 is configured to detect water levels at a water level during circulation and a lower water level B lower than a water level A during circulation. When the water level becomes less than the lower water level B due to circulating the injection water, the circulation of the injection water is once stopped, a time X until a water level in the sterilization tank recovers to the water level A during circulation is measured, and based on the measured time X, additional water supply is performed into the sterilization tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】殺菌槽内にためる噴射用水量が適正になるよう制御することのできる加熱殺菌装置を提供する。【解決手段】被殺菌物2を収容する殺菌槽1、途中に噴射用水循環ポンプ4を持ち殺菌槽内から取り出した噴射用水を殺菌槽内へ循環させる噴射用水循環経路11、殺菌槽内の水位を検出する水位検出装置14、殺菌槽内への給水を行う給水配管17を持ち、殺菌槽内に収容した被殺菌物へ噴射用水を噴射することで被殺菌物を加熱して殺菌を行う加熱殺菌装置において、水位検出装置14では、循環時水位と循環時水位Aより低位の低水位Bにて水位を検出するようにしておき、噴射用水の循環を行うことで水位が低水位B未満になると、噴射用水の循環を一旦停止して、殺菌槽内水位が循環時水位Aまで回復する時間Xを計測しておき、計測した時間Xに基づいて殺菌槽内へ追加の給水を行う。【選択図】図1
