A brace according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a wire for correcting teeth； and fixing units which are individually installed on teeth arranged in both sides across a space and position the wire to be able to move. The present invention can: improve efficiency of the correction of teeth by controlling the position of teeth arranged in both sides across the space by a process of recovering the wire after bending the wire and executing the correction of teeth for closing a space between teeth, such as an extraction space, by a simple structure excluding brackets； and improve reliability of the correction of teeth by evenly pulling the teeth arranged in both sides across a space to the space direction.본 발명의 실시예에 따른 치아 교정기는, 치아의 교정을 위한 와이어(wire)； 및 사이에 공간을 두고 양측에 배치되는 치아들에 각각 구비되며, 상기 와이어를 이동 가능하게 포지셔닝(positioning)시키는 고정부；를 포함하며, 상기 와이어를 벤딩(bending)시킨 후 상기 와이어가 복원되는 과정에 의해서 상기 공간을 두고 양측에 배치되는 치아들의 위치 조절이 가능하며, 이를 통해, 치아 사이의 공간, 예를 들면 발치 공간을 클로징하기 위한 치아 교정을 브라켓을 배제한 간단한 구성에 의해 실행할 수 있어 치아 교정의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있음은 물론 공간을 사이에 두고 양측에 배치되는 치아를 공간 방향으로 고르게 당길 수 있어 치아 교정의 신뢰성 역시 향상시킬 수 있다.
