The present invention provides a correction apparatus for traction of anterior teeth which moves the anterior teeth backwardly, and orthodontics having the same. The correction apparatus for traction of anterior teeth according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an arch wire which is curved to connect anterior teeth and guide brackets which are provided in a left side portion and a right side portion of the arch wire in order to guide the anterior teeth to move backwardly. The guide brackets have a wire hole bidirectionally penetrated in which a guide wire, which is placed in a horizontal direction away from the arch wire in order to guide the anterior teeth to move backwardly, is inserted to be able to slide in order to move to the front of the guide bracket. According to the present invention, the anterior teeth could be stably moved backward, and soft tissue damage to the mouth and infections by movement of wires for orthodontics carried out from a tooth movement could be minimized or prevented.
