The present invention relates to a cutting device for the production of pickled radish for gimbap, installed in a production assembly in order to make a completely pickled radish divided into multiple pieces at a time through the cutting device. The device comprises: a body frame installed in the production assembly to be detachable and a cutter installed to form multiple divided spaces in the body frame in a transverse direction to a progress direction of the pickled radish. The cutter is tapered so that each of the divided spaces gets smaller from an inlet, through which the pickled radish is inserted, to an outlet through which multiple pieces of the pickled radish is discharged.
