The system has transparent flexible tubes filled with cultivation water (3) loaded with biomass that is processed for producing food for livestock, medicine and biofuel i.e. biodiesel. The tubes float at a surface of a water basin (2) or sea and are stabilized in depth by intermediate floating rollers (8), where the tubes are provided with transparent and opacified zones. A rotating unit rotates the tubes, and transparent belts (10, 11) alternatively move on the tubes.
