PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic observation apparatus for surgery capable of easily performing focusing at a movement destination of a lens barrel.SOLUTION: Since two light beams B parallel to an optical axis K are irradiated to an objective optical system 22, the two light beams B are converged as one point spot P in a state that the focus F is on a surgical field R, and they appear as a two-point spot P in a state that the focus F is not on the surgical field R. Since it is possible to determine whether or not the focus is on the surgical field instantly by the state of the spot P either by naked eyes or on a monitor device 20, focusing can be easily performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】鏡筒を動かした先で容易に焦点を合わせることができる手術用立体観察装置を提供する。【解決手段】対物光学系22に光軸Kと平行な2本の光ビームBを照射するため、術野Rに焦点Fが合った状態では2本の光ビームBが1点のスポットPとして収束し、焦点Fが合っていない状態では、2点のスポットPとして表れる。肉眼でもモニター装置20上でもスポットPの状態により焦点が合っているかどうか瞬時に判別できるため、焦点合わせを容易に行うことができる。【選択図】 図9
