PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a further method for utilizing sake cake.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing lactic acid fermented sake cake fermentation extract comprising: subjecting a sake cake to amylolytic enzyme treatment and/or proteolytic enzyme treatment as well as to fermentation treatment by yeast, followed by carrying out solid-liquid separation to remove solid components, to produce a sake cake fermentation extract and further subjecting the obtained sake cake fermentation extract to fermentation by a microorganism of the genus Lactobacillus.
