PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a fluidity lactic acid feed for rumination livestock in which a dry powder main raw material in which an organic substance generated from a domestic production agriculture system and an organic substance of a part of waste are performed by grinding/purifying by machining processing is added with a plant cellulolytic enzyme cellulose and a hydrolysis water and lactic fermentation water, an enzymatic saccharification fluidity main raw material after hydrolysis is adjustment-mixed with a homotype lactobacillus and sugar, then is performed with lactic acid fermentation to have the range of pH 4-4.5.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a fluidity lactic acid feed for rumination livestock is characterized as follows. A dry powder main raw material in which an organic resource generated from a domestic agriculture system, an organic substance of a part waste, and a dry material crude feed raw material of a grain residue, rice straw, straw, forage rice plant, and grass or the like are performed by grinding/purifying by machining processing to a granule having 1.5-500 micrometer of a granule distribution to be easy to perform enzymolysis and lactic acid fermentation is added with a plant cellulolytic enzyme cellulose and moisture by a sealed container, the enzymatic saccharification fluidity main raw material after hydrolysis is adjustment-mixed with a homotype lactobacillus and sugar, then is performed with lactic acid fermentation for several ten hours to have the range of pH 4-4.5.【課題】国産農業系から発生する有機物・一部廃棄物化の有機物を機械加工により粉砕精製した乾燥粉末主原料に植物繊維素分解酵素セルラ-ゼと加水分解用水分兼乳酸発酵用水分を添加、加水分解後の酵素糖化流動性主原料に、ホモ型乳酸菌、砂糖を調整混合後、乳酸発酵させPH4~4.5の範囲とした反芻家畜用流動性乳酸飼料の製造を目的とする。【解決手段】国産農業系から発する有機資源・一部廃棄物化の有機物、穀物残滓、稲わら、麦わら、飼料イネ、牧草などの乾物粗飼料原料を酵素分解および乳酸発酵し易くするため、機械加工により粉粒分布1.5~500マイクロメートル粉粒に粉砕精製した乾燥粉末主原料を密閉容器で植物繊維素分解酵素セルラ-ゼと水分を添加、加水分解後の酵素糖化流動性主原料にホモ型乳酸菌と砂糖を調整混合後、数十時間乳酸発酵させPH4~4.5の範囲とすることを特徴とした反芻家畜用流動性乳酸飼料とその製造方法である。【選択図】なし
