Disclosed is a stable orally disintegrating coated tablet containing a medicament, which is coated with a coating layer that contains a water-soluble substance and not less than 5% by weight of a polyvinyl alcohol resin relative to the weight of the coating layer. The water-soluble substance is dissolved in less than 10 mL of water in an amount of 1g or more at 20˚C, has a hydroxy group in each molecule, and has a molecular weight of 200 or less per unit hydroxy group. The orally disintegrating coated tablet assures rapid disintegration in the oral cavity, while being stable since no cracks occur in the coating layer even when the orally disintegrating coated tablet has swollen by moisture absorption under high humidity conditions. In addition, when a medicament that is unstable with respect to light is contained in the orally disintegrating coated tablet, decomposition of the medicament can be suppressed by blending a light shielding agent in the coating layer.
