La méthode consiste à : S1, acquérir un signal d'électroencéphalogramme d'un sujet à examiner en temps réel ； S2, utiliser un algorithme d'entropie d'échantillon pour effectuer un traitement quantitatif sur le signal d'électroencéphalogramme, de manière à obtenir une valeur finale d'entropie d'échantillon du signal d'électroencéphalogramme ； et S3, déterminer, en fonction de la valeur finale d'entropie d'échantillon, si le cerveau du sujet à examiner se trouve dans un état de fatigue ou non, l'état de santé selon lequel le cerveau du sujet à examiner se trouve dans l'état de fatigue étant déterminé lorsque la valeur finale d'entropie d'échantillon s'inscrit dans une plage prédéfinie.
