The present invention relates to a cardiac targeting agent comprising tannic acid, which, tannylating a heart disease therapeutic agent to be delivered to the heart, provides the heart disease therapeutic agent with ability to bind to cardiac myocardium, thereby enabling cardiac targeting and accumulation of a therapeutic agent, wherein the therapeutic agent can be targeted to the heart with high efficiency even via non-invasive intravenous administration alone, unlike conventional invasive methods used to target therapeutic agents to the heart.본 발명은 탄닌산을 포함하는 심장 표적화제에 관한 것으로, 심장으로 전달하고자 하는 심장질환 치료제를 탄닌화(TANNylation)함으로써 심장 심근에 결합하는 능력을 부여하여 치료제의 심장 표적화 및 축적을 가능하게 하며, 종래의 치료제를 심장으로 표적화시키기 위해 사용된 침습적인 방법들과 달리, 비침습적인 정맥 내 투여만으로도 치료제를 심장으로 고효율로 표적화시킬 수 있다.
