An aerobic exercise simulator and the method using the same is disclosed. The simulator includes: a vibrator, an energy generator, an oxygen generator, and a control panel. When a user is located on the vibrator, the vibrator vibrates the user with a first period to make the user can do exercise in passively matter. With a energy generator, the skin of the user is heated, and the oxygen generator increases the oxygen density for the user, the user then can breathe in the higher density of oxygen. In this situation, the aerobic exercise simulator can help the user fulfill a passive aerobic exercise.本發明提出一種有氧運動模擬機及其方法,包含:振動裝置、頻譜裝置、氧氣供應裝置,以及控制面板。使用者於振動裝置上以第一周期進行振動時,進行被動式運動,並藉由頻譜裝置所產生的第一波長之光增加體表溫度,再藉由氧氣供應裝置提高使用者的吸入氧氣量,即可該使用者被動式地模擬有氧運動,而達到有氧運動的效果。
