PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of appropriately subjecting an intermediate tank to cleaning in a short time.SOLUTION: There is provided an air cleaner which comprises: a housing 500 which has a purifying ventilation passage 52 in which air to be sterilized flows from an upstream side to a downstream side； an atomization device 53 which atomizes a sterilization agent solution to the air to be sterilized flowing through the purifying ventilation passage 52； a circulation tank 54 which receives the sterilization agent solution dropping from the purifying ventilation passage 52； a circulation system 55 which supplies the sterilization agent solution in the circulation tank 54 to the atomization device； and a chemical supply system 56 which supplies the sterilization agent solution to the circulation tank 54, in which the chemical supply system 56 has a supply part for preparation 564 for supplying the sterilization agent solution from a supply source at a large flow rate, a relay tank 541 for receiving the sterilization agent solution supplied from the supply part for preparation 564, a supply part for replenishment 566 for supplying the sterilization agent solution from the relay tank 541 to the circulation tank 54 at a small flow rate and liquid pouring means 541b for pouring the sterilization agent solution to the circulation tank with foreign matters remaining in the relay tank 541.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】適時に中継槽の洗浄を短時間で実施することができる空気清浄装置を提供する。【解決手段】除菌対象空気が上流側から下流側に流れる浄化用通気路５２を有するハウジング５００と、浄化用通気路５２を流れる除菌対象空気に殺菌剤溶液を噴霧する噴霧装置５３と、浄化用通気路５２から降下する殺菌剤溶液を受け止める循環槽５４と、循環槽５４の殺菌剤溶液を噴霧装置に供給する循環系５５と、循環槽５４に殺菌剤溶液を供給する薬剤供給系５６を備え、薬剤供給系５６は、供給源から殺菌剤溶液を大流量で供給する調製用供給部５６４と、調製用供給部５６４から供給する殺菌剤溶液を受け止める中継槽５４１と、中継槽５４１から循環槽５４へ殺菌剤溶液を小流量で供給する補給用供給部５６６と、中継槽５４１内に滞留する異物を伴って殺菌剤溶液を循環槽へ大流量で注ぐ注液手段５４１ｂを有する。【選択図】図１
