PURPOSE: A hand cleaner is provided to more conveniently wash and sterilize user's hands and to prevent secondary pollution from the cleaner. CONSTITUTION: A hand cleaner comprises: a case in which a part in which an air blow unit is formed is protruded from the front thereof and a sensor(2) is installed in the lower wall of an air blow unit； a fan which inhales the external air and transmits the air to the air blow unit； and an ultrasonic generator which atomizes washing solution using an ultrasonic oscillator and sends the atomized solution to the blow unit.
