PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which does not affect the growth of a plant even if the selected capacity of an air conditioner is suppressed.SOLUTION: A schedule including a light period and a dark period in a base period (Tb) is determined and a lighting apparatus (30) is controlled according to the schedule. When the air conditioning load in a cultivation room (S1) exceeds the air conditioning capacity of an air conditioning apparatus (40) in a light period.
