PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of used electricity on a cultivation room without affecting the growth of a plant.SOLUTION: A schedule including a light period and a dark period in a base period (Tb) is determined and a lighting apparatus (30) is controlled according to the schedule.
