The present application relates to an auto-darkening welding helmet comprising a helmet housing； a headband structure connected to the helmet housing； an auto-darkening filter provided on the helmet housing； and an adjustment device by which operating parameters of the auto-darkening filter are adjustable, wherein the adjustment device is a touchable operating screen which faces towards an operator after the operator wears the welding helmet.
