The present invention relates to a medical gauze folding device that is provided with a dust removal device sealing a gauze transporting unit and a gauze cutting unit where dust is generated in a concentrate manner and removing the dust by diffusion and absorption by using air and a suction fan. In the medical gauze folding device cutting a gauze transported by the gauze transporting unit into a predetermined size with the gauze cutting unit and discharging the gauze folded in stages to a pushing unit through a plurality of feeding units, gauze cutting and air injection are performed at the same time with a detachable sealing cover being coupled with an upper side of the gauze cutting unit and the gauze transporting unit, a tip of a discharge pipe penetrating and being coupled with the sealing cover, the suction fan being coupled with the inside of the tip of the discharge pipe such that the dust generated during the gauze transport can be suctioned, a tip of an air hose penetrating and being coupled with the sealing cover, and an air nozzle being coupled with the tip of the air hose with a gap present on the upper side of the gauze cutting unit. According to the present invention, the dust generated from the gauze is removed by diffusion and suctioning, and thus contamination of equipment and finished products attributable to dust can be prevented. In addition, the dust diffused into the air is blocked by the sealing cover, and thus working environments can be improved and workers&prime respiratory diseases can be prevented.
