A film coating machine for preventing operation interference comprises a housing, a rotary drum, an air guiding unit, a sealing cover and a spraying unit. The housing has an opening. The rotary drum comprises a chamber with a material entry corresponding to the opening. The air guiding unit comprises an air inlet pipeline and an air outlet pipeline respectively communicated to two opposite sides of the chamber. The sealing cover is pivoted with the housing for opening or closing the opening and the material entry. The spraying unit comprises a support rack disposed on the inner side of the sealing cover and a plurality of nozzles disposed on the support rack. The support rack has a pivoting end pivoted with the sealing cover. When the sealing cover closes the opening and the material entry, the support rack and the nozzles are located within the chamber of the rotary drum.
