According to the present invention, the one touch open-type sealing cap for a fluid container comprises: a fixing unit which is coupled to a withdrawing unit of a fluid container and has a hollow having the fluid passed therethrough； a sealing unit which is embedded into the fixing unit for sealing the hollow； an inner cover which is coupled to the fixing unit to prevent the sealing unit from being exposed to the outside, and forms a breaking unit formed to be broken by external forces to expose part of the sealing unit to the outside； and an outer cover which is inserted to cover the inner cover and part of the fixing unit and is fused and coupled to the breaking unit to be integrated with the inner cover. When an external force is applied to an opposite direction of an inserting direction with respect to one side of a boundary in the outer cover, the outer cover is separated with the breaking unit. According to the present invention, a user rapidly removes the outer cover and the breaking unit without using both hands to use immediately the fluid container and thus, can easily deal with an emergency.
