PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product holding a shape at a room temperature while having the flavor and texture similar to ice creams, and having physical properties suitable for the repast of an aphagia person.SOLUTION: Provided is a food product including: sugar a milk component gelatin of 0.1 to 1.3 mass% erythritol and/or xylitol and water. The food product holds its shape even after the food product at -18°C is left at 24°C for 2 hr while having the flavor and texture extremely similar to ice creams, and has physical properties suitable for the repast of an aphagia person.
