The present invention relates to a crystal of a 6-arylaminopyridone carboxamide compound and a method for producing the same. In the present invention, 6- (2-chloro-4-iodophenylamino) -N- (2-hydroxyethoxy) -5-methyl-4-oxo-4,5-dihydrofuro [3,2-c] pyridine-7 -Carboxamide is dissolved in an aprotic polar solvent and crystallized by adding a second solvent and crystallizing.
