PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology which suppresses potential variation which occurs in a signal line due to switching of a control signal to a switch element of a radiation detection pixel and which is advantageous to precisely read irradiation of radiation.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device 200 includes: an imaging pixel 1 for acquiring a radiation image a detection pixel 2 which has a detection switch element 7 for outputting a signal from a detection conversion element 6 and detects irradiation of radiation. The device also comprises: a control line 9 which is electrically connected to a control electrode 201 of the detection switch element 7 and a driving section 52 which is electrically connected to the control line 9.
