PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image capturing device capable of enhancing S/N while suppressing the up-sizing of the device and the increase of noise, and to provide a radiation image capturing system, a control program of a radiation image capturing device, and a control method of a radiation image capturing device.SOLUTION: In a usual case for capturing still pictures and the like, control signals are delivered sequentially to the control lines Gn+4 through Gn, in each pixel 20, so that charges are delivered from a TFT 1. In the case for binning moving pictures, control signals are delivered sequentially to the control lines Gn through Gn+4, in each pixel 20, so that charges are delivered from a TFT 2.
