PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle device for an ultrasonic endoscope capable of connecting the puncture needle device to a mouthpiece of the ultrasonic endoscope with small rotation even when a length of an axial direction of a screw formed on the mouthpiece of the ultrasonic endoscope and the puncture needle device is increased and positioning a knob member projected on a peripheral surface of the puncture needle device reliably at a desired position when the puncture needle device is mounted on the ultrasonic endoscope.SOLUTION: The puncture needle device for an ultrasonic endoscope includes: body parts 31, 39 and 50 forming a double threaded screw formed of a first screw groove 32A and a second screw groove 32B to which in a first projection 18A and a second projection 18B formed on the mouthpiece of the ultrasonic endoscope are capable of screwing respectively and an index 38 formed in the body parts located in the same circumferential direction as an endoscope side index 22 when the first projection is screwed to an inlet side end part 32A1 of the first screw groove and the second projection is screwed to an inlet side end part 32B1 of the second screw groove.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】超音波内視鏡の口金と穿刺針装置とに形成したねじの軸線方向長を長くした場合であっても、超音波内視鏡の口金と穿刺針装置とを少ない回転量で接続することが可能で、しかも穿刺針装置を超音波内視鏡に取り付けたときに穿刺針装置の周面に突設した摘み部材を確実に所望の位置に位置させることが可能な超音波内視鏡用穿刺針装置を提供する。【解決手段】超音波内視鏡の口金に形成した第1の突片18A及び第2の突片18Bがそれぞれ螺合可能な第1のねじ溝32A及び第2のねじ溝32Bからなる二条ねじを形成した本体部31、39、50と、第1の突片が第1のねじ溝の入口側端部32A1に螺合すると共に第2の突片が第2のねじ溝の入口側端部32B1に螺合したときに、内視鏡側指標22と同じ周方向位置に位置する、本体部に形成した指標38と、を備える。【選択図】図1
