PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bedsore prevention device that prevents a bedsore without collapsing of an effective position of the device even by the convolution of a leg position change and a device in a bedridden person having difficulty in autonomic movement of a lower limb, and also can prevent a peroneal nerve palsy.SOLUTION: A prevention device of a heel bedsore comprises a cylindrical cushioning material 10 worn by wrapping a lower leg extending to an ankle beyond a users knee joint in an inner cavity 12, and a thickness of the cushioning material is larger than a height difference between a heel rear surface 101 and an ankle rear surface 102 while being worn by a user in a bed rest position. The cylindrical cushioning material 10 has a fissure 20 extending from the inner cavity to the peripheral surface and an openable connecting band 30 for closing an opposed fissure surface of the fissure 20 without loss in order to wrap the lower leg in the inner cavity 12.
