The device (1) has a laser device separating cornea-tissue by irradiating a pulsed laser radiation (2), where the laser radiation is focused on arrival points that lie in a sample in a cornea. The laser device adjusts the focused laser radiation along a path over the sample of the arrival points and emits pulse of the pulsed laser radiation into the cornea on points, which lie on the path between the arrival points. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for producing control data for a laser device of a treatment device (2) a method for operative defective vision correction of an eye of a patient.
