PURPOSE: A pulse diagnosis method using a wrist wearable pulse diagnostic device with a hall sensor is provided to easily locate a feature point of a pulse wave signal by analyzing a pulse wave signal measured from a radial artery of a body through first to third order differentiation processing.CONSTITUTION: A pulse wave is measured from a radial artery of a body (S110). The pulse wave signal is amplified (S120). Noise is removed from the amplified pulse wave signal (S130). The filtered pulse wave signal is amplified through non-inverting amplification (S140). The pulse wave signal is converted from an analog signal to a digital signal (S150). Overlapping noise is removed from the pulse wave signal converted into a digital signal (S160). A section is set up according to a cycle of the pulse wave signal by processing the pulse wave signal with first order differentiation (170). A feature point of the pulse wave signal is obtained (S180). A reflective point of the pulse wave signal is obtained (S190).
