The present invention relates to a whitening and anti-aging composition, comprising an effective amount of ingredients selected from the group consisting of glutathione, fish collagen, konjac extract containing ceramides, glucosamine hydrochloride, royal jelly peptides, ferrous bisglycinate chelate, fruit polyphenol, skipjack elastin, coprinus comatus, salmon essence, donkey milk,pueraria mirifica and red clover, and a drinkable vehicle.
