A bag dispenser having a housing adapted to receive plastic bags. The housing has a front end, a back end that is spaced apart from the front end, a top side, a bottom side that is spaced apart from the top side, a left side, a right side that is spaced apart from the left side, a front opening that is disposed at the front end, and a pair of back openings that are disposed at the back end. The housing defines an interior space adapted to removably hold the plastic bags. The bag dispenser also comprises a means for attaching the housing to another object.
