A posture changer (1) has an air bag (10) capable of taking in and out gas, a pump (30) connected to the air bag (10) for flowing gas into the air bag (10), and at least one of an upper surface and a lower surface of the air bag (10). And a guide plate 20 formed of a member harder than the air bag 10. With such a configuration, the caregiver's labor can be reduced with a simple configuration.
