PURPOSE: An automatic chicken curing apparatus is provided to perform a curing process automatically and to minimize of the separation of a curing solution.CONSTITUTION: Freshly slaughtered chicken pieces are put into a hopper(110). A curing solution external cylinder(120) provides a space for curing the freshly slaughtered chicken pieces and is formed with an opening(121) in one side. A curing solution feeding hopper(130) supplies a curing solution into the curing solution external cylinder. A stirring rotator(140) is positioned to move along a longitudinal direction inside of the curing solution external cylinder. A rotatory transfer(150) of the stirring rotator rotates and transfers the stirring rotator to cure the chicken pieces with the curing solution supplied from the curing solution feeding hopper and transfers the cured chicken pieces to be ejected through the opening. A door(160) is installed at the opening of the curing solution external cylinder to open and close. A door opening/closing part(170) is connected to the door and enables the door to open and close the opening. A lead screw(171) is installed so that one end or both ends are rotatable by a bearing within a frame(400). A rotary shaft(230) is installed along a longitudinal direction in the inner side of a powder external container. A transfer motor(240) has a shaft that is connected to the rotary shaft by a shaft coupling to rotate the rotary shaft. A screen cylinder(260) is formed with multiple through-holes(26) on the outer periphery. A discharging blade(270) discharges the chicken pieces, which have been transferred after breading, to the outside of the powder external container.
