An independent claim is included for preparing the meal substitute of bread and spread type, where the bread is obtained by: pouring 48 g of powder to make bread in a container； adding 60 ml of water； mixing the dough until it forms a ball, a cake or any other form； placing the prepared form in a microwave oven； and baking for 2.5-6 minutes at 750 W, and the spread is obtained by: pouring 45 ml of cold water in a container； gradually adding 16 g of the second powder mixture while stirring； and mixing to obtain a homogeneous paste.
