Disclosed is an intraocular lens insertion tool comprising: a body unit whose inside is hollow； an insertion unit installed in the body unit inside while supporting an intraocular lens, and having an insertion part protruding to an outside through one end of the body unit to be inserted inside an eyeball； and an interference unit inserted inside the insertion unit through the body unit to interfere so as to discharge an intraocular lens through the insertion part. According to the above configuration, without inserting an eyeball while an intraocular lens is gripped by an operator, the intraocular lens can be accurately inserted inside the eyeball, thereby improving the surgery accuracy.개시된 본 발명에 의한 안구내 렌즈 삽입기구는, 내부가 중공인 몸체유닛, 내부에 안구내 렌즈를 지지한 상태로 몸체유닛에 설치되되 몸체유닛의 일단을 통해 외부로 돌출되어 안구내로 삽입되는 삽입부를 구비하는 삽입유닛 및, 몸체유닛을 통해 삽입유닛의 내부로 삽입되어 안구내 렌즈를 삽입부를 통해 배출시키도록 간섭하는 간섭유닛을 포함한다. 이러한 구성에 의하면, 안구내 렌즈를 시술자가 파지한 상태로 안구로 삽입시키지 않고도 안구의 내부로 정확히 안구내 렌즈를 삽입시킬 수 있어, 시술 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.
