PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-safety tip structure of an endoscope or the like with lens and an electrode, preventing the lens from falling off and preventing water leak prevention effect from being reduced.SOLUTION: This tip structure of the endoscope or the like includes: a tip member 14 installed at the tip of a flexible long insertion part 2 a lens 15 disposed at the tip of the tip member 14 a conductor wire 12 inserted through the insertion part 2, and electrically connected to the tip member 14 and an electrode 16 installed in the tip member 14.
