PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens injector which suppresses changes in an operation pressure during normal operation while the push-out operation of an intraocular lens is carried out and facilitates the determination of whether the push-out operation is normal or not.SOLUTION: The intraocular lens injector includes an interference part which is provided in a passage of a push-out rod and makes contact with the push-out rod to generate frictional force between the interference part and the push-out rod to apply a prescribed operation pressure to the push-out rod while the intraocular lens is pushed out by the push-out rod toward an insertion part for inserting the intraocular lens in an eye.
