The present invention relates to a drawer assembly and a refrigerating and freezing device with the drawer assembly. The drawer assembly comprises a cartridge and an air-conditioning membrane assembly. The cartridge has a drawer space defined therein and an accommodating cavity defined in a top wall thereof, wherein the accommodating cavity is communicated with the drawer space； and the air-conditioning membrane assembly is mounted in the accommodating cavity and has an air-conditioning membrane and an oxygen-rich gas collecting chamber, such that when the pressure of the oxygen-rich gas collecting chamber is lower than that of the accommodating cavity, oxygen in the air of the accommodating cavity is transmitted into the oxygen-rich gas collecting chamber through the air-conditioning membrane, thereby obtaining in the drawer space a gas atmosphere that is rich in nitrogen but poor in oxygen to facilitate freshness-keeping of the foods.
