PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system of a cultivation chamber, which can air-condition a cultivation bed and can send air which is warmer than air-conditioning air sent to the cultivation bed to an operation space.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system 30 of a cultivation chamber 1 air-conditions the cultivation chamber 1 having cultivation beds 12 for cultivating plants 2 and illuminations 14 for radiating the plants 2 on the cultivation beds 12 with light and is equipped with air-conditioning ducts 60 that guides air air-conditioned by an air conditioner 50, sends the air to a first space in which the cultivation beds 12 is arranged and sends the air through a second space in which the illuminations 14 are arranged to an operation space 20.
