PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device effectively equipped with both an illumination function and an air blowing-out function of air conditioning air.SOLUTION: The illumination device 1 is equipped with the air conditioning air blowing-out function in combination. At the bottom face of an air supply chamber 25 to which the air conditioning air is supplied, a plurality of blowing out ports 30 of the air conditioning air are opened, and at the plurality of blowing out ports 30, a light source device 31 equipped with a light source 33 and an air ventilating reflecting member 32 are respectively installed.
