PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body stimulating apparatus that prevents distortion of the pulse waveform of a stimulation signal by surely separating a low-frequency pulse output circuit from a high-voltage pulse output circuit while simplifying a circuit arrangement.SOLUTION: An electrode 31 is brought into contact with a living body and a high-voltage pulse generated by a second output circuit 9 is superimposed on a low-frequency pulse generated by a first output circuit 8 to provide a stimulation signal to the living body from the electrode probe 31.
