<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of reliably preventing a body fluid from leaking sideways and maintaining a state that it fits an inguinal part without causing a sense of incongruity while wearing and an eruption of the inguinal part by an absorber fitting the inguinal part. <；P>；SOLUTION: The absorber 4 comprises a lower layer absorber 41 and an upper layer absorber 42. At least at a position corresponding to a blood outlet or nearby, the lower layer absorber 41 forms a cross sectional shape which has an almost flat bottom surface 43, side surfaces 44, 44 rising obliquely outward from both side end parts of the bottom surface 43, and an almost V-shaped valley groove 48 by slope surfaces 47, 47 going toward a thinnest part 46 formed in the center of an upper surface from a top part 45 of the side surfaces 44, 44, while the upper layer absorber 42 forms an almost inverse triangular cross sectional shape so as to fill the valley groove 48 of the lower layer absorber 41.
