[PROBLEMS] To provide a temperature distribution measuring method and a temperature distribution imaging method for measuring a temperature distribution of a mixed tissue of a high water content tissue and an adipose tissue as well as measuring the temperature distribution of an adipose tissue. [Solution] A water signal that depends on a water component of a tissue to be measured and a fat signal that depends on a fat component are obtained by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and each fat signal is separated into each fatty acid component. A fatty acid signal is acquired, the temperature of the highly water-containing tissue is measured based on the correlation between the water signal and the water temperature, and the temperature of the fatty tissue is measured based on the correlation between each fatty acid signal and the fat temperature.[課題]脂肪組織の温度分布を計測するのみならず、高含水組織と脂肪組織の混合組織について温度分布を測定する温度分布測定方法ならびに温度分布画像化方法を提供する。[解決手段]核磁気共鳴分光法によって被計測対象組織の水成分に依存する水信号と、脂肪成分に依存する脂肪信号とを取得するとともに、脂肪信号を、各脂肪酸成分に分離することによって各脂肪酸信号を取得し、水信号と水温度との相関関係に基づいて高含水組織の温度を測定するとともに、各脂肪酸信号と脂肪温度との相関関係に基づいて脂肪組織の温度を計測する。
