When a user creates a template for use in creating an analysis report, this invention makes it possible to set a confirmation result record region (102) at an arbitrary position in a basic template and makes it possible to set the content of information arranged in said confirmation result record region (102). Accordingly, for each report item requiring confirmation, it is possible to provide a confirmation result record region (102) in which the following are arranged: a drop-down list (102a) for selecting the confirmation result of adopting or not adopting content; character strings (102b) in which the confirmation time and date and the confirming person are automatically inserted; and a text box (102c) for noting the reason in the case of non-adoption. By the confirming person providing said input during confirmation operations, it is possible to electronically record the check result of the content of each report item.
