PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the extraction of a tubular body from a connection hole in a medical connection device in which the extraction of the tubular body from the connection hole is prevented by allowing the engagement teeth of an engagement member to be engaged with the outer peripheral part of the tubular body inserted to the connection hole.SOLUTION: A connection hole 2c to which a tubular body T is inserted is formed in a device body 2. A large diameter cylinder part 6a of an engagement release member 6 is movably arranged in the outer peripheral part of the device body 2. One end of the large diameter cylinder part 6a is projected from the device body 2 in the opposite direction of the insertion direction of the tubular body T. A small diameter cylinder part 6e where the tubular body T can be inserted to or removed from is arranged at the one end of the large diameter cylinder part 6a.
