PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-way cock for preventing the stay of a medicinal solution in a state where the whole first to third cylindrical bodies are communicated with each other and a state where only the first and third cylindrical bodies are communicated with each other.SOLUTION: The three-way cock 10 includes: a body 12 the first cylindrical body 14 the second cylindrical body 16 the third cylindrical body 18 and a columnar body 24. A body communication groove 32 for the communication between the third and first cylindrical bodies 18, 14 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the body 12.
