PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent immediate disintegration of three members of a handle grip of a fishing reel, i.e. a cylinder portion, a first grip body and a second grip body.SOLUTION: The handle grip 23 includes: the cylinder portion 31 rotatably mounted on the outer peripheral side of a grip shaft and a grip portion 32 mounted and fixed onto the outer peripheral side of the cylinder portion 31. The cylinder portion 31 has a first engaged portion 31c and a second engaged portion 31d formed on its outer peripheral portion.
