PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slimming method which decreases subcutaneous fat of the whole body and/or a specific site characterized by a combination with stretch by extending subcutaneous adipocytes and an external preparation for skin containing a fat accumulation inhibition component and/or an adipocyte differentiation inhibition component.SOLUTION: We found out that a stretch by extending subcutaneous adipocytes extends subcutaneous fat and inhibits the fat accumulation, and by continuing the stretch, the slimming effect is acquired. We also found out that by combining an external preparation for skin containing a fat accumulation inhibition component and/or an adipocyte differentiation inhibition component with the stretch, high slimming effect is acquired.
