PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoacoustic device that can acquire information on a subject accurately even when a transmission efficiency of a transmission part varies for each light irradiated position in the subject.SOLUTION: An information acquisition device scans an irradiation position for light 3 irradiated from an irradiation part 6 to the subject 8. The transmission efficiency of the transmission part 4 varies depending on each irradiation position.
