PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible oil having reduced oily taste peculiar to oil, and an oil processed food product such as chocolate using the edible oil, which has improved oily taste derived from oil.SOLUTION: An oil-insoluble emulsifier and an oil-insoluble sweetener with a high degree of sweetness are added to oil so as to produce an edible oil which contains the emulsifier and the sweetener with a high degree of sweetness. Using the edible oil, the oily taste of an oil processed food product such as chocolate can be substantially reduced.
